These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at greenbrothersgutters.com (the "Site") and the services we provide (the "Services") operated by Green Brothers Gutters LLC("Green Brothers Gutters," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services we provide

Green Brothers Gutters provides seamless gutter installation, replacement, cleaning, guards, downspouts, and repair services in the Colorado Front Range and foothills area. Services performed outside our published service area are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Quotes and estimates

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on visual measurement and typical conditions; hidden issues discovered during work (such as rotted fascia, damaged sheathing, or structural problems) may require additional labor or materials, which we will document with photos and quote before proceeding.

Scheduling and cancellations

We schedule installs based on weather, crew availability, and travel logistics. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather or safety reasons. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible.

Payment

• Jobs under $3,000 require no payment until work is completed to your satisfaction.
• Jobs $3,000 or greater may require a deposit, disclosed in writing on the quote.
• Final payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
• We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Credit card payments may include a processing fee, disclosed in advance.
• Late payments more than 30 days past due may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Standard installation carries a workmanship warranty as disclosed on your quote. Materials are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for their intended useful life. This warranty does not cover damage from:

• Storms exceeding local design standards
• Neglect, including failure to clean gutters as recommended
• Modifications made by parties other than Green Brothers Gutters
• Ice-dam damage caused by attic heat loss or roof issues
• Ordinary wear or acts of nature outside our reasonable control

Property access and site conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for measurement, install, and any warranty follow-up. You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards (loose siding, fragile landscaping, buried utilities, unusual roof conditions). We use reasonable care to avoid damage but are not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed hazards.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Brothers Gutters' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or loss of business. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Website use

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. All Site content (text, photos, logos, and design) is the property of Green Brothers Gutters or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Green Brothers Gutters from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
