What we do

Most gutter problems don't need a full replacement — they need someone honest to look at them and tell you which parts are actually broken. We do a lot of repair work that other companies quote as "you need new gutters." Sometimes that's true. Often it isn't.

We fix what we can fix, and we tell you plainly when repair stops making sense and replacement is the smarter money. If more than about 30% of a run has issues, replacement usually beats patching. Under that, repair almost always wins.

Common repairs we handle in one visit: loose hangers, pulled fascia sections, split seams and end caps, sagging runs, disconnected downspouts, and mis-pitched runs that don't drain.

How the job actually goes

No mystery, no hourly billing surprises. Same steps, every home.

  1. 1

    Photo diagnosis

We climb the ladder, photograph every issue, and email you a walk-through so you can see exactly what's going on — not just take our word for it.

  2. 2

    Repair vs. replace call

If it's fixable, we fix it. If a run has too many issues to patch honestly, we tell you and quote replacement instead of running up repair costs.

  3. 3

    One-visit fix

Most repairs get handled in a single visit. We stock hangers, sealant, and standard downspout parts on the truck.

  4. 4

    Water test

Before we leave, we run water through every section we touched to confirm the fix holds under real flow.

What kills gutters on the Front Range

Three culprits do most of the damage here. Ice dams work seams loose over the winter. Hail dents downspouts and pulls hangers away from fascia. And decades of debris left in the gutter hold water against fascia board until it rots — which is why so many "gutter repairs" are actually fascia repairs first.

We check for all three every time we're on a repair call. If your gutter is loose because the fascia behind it turned into mulch, replacing the gutter alone is a waste of money — the new hangers have nothing solid to bite into.

What it costs

Simple repair visits (loose hangers, sealed seams, one downspout re-seated) usually run $175 to $425. Bigger repair jobs with multiple issues land between $425 and $1,200. If we find that replacement makes more sense than repair, we tell you and credit the diagnosis toward the install quote.

Common questions

Real answers to what customers actually ask about gutter repair.

How much does gutter repair cost?

Simple fixes — loose hangers, sealed seams, one downspout — usually land $175–$425. Multi-issue repair calls run $425–$1,200. We quote fixed price after diagnosis, not by the hour.

When should I repair vs. replace?

Rule of thumb: if less than about 30% of a run has issues, repair. If more than that, replacement usually costs less over the next 5 years. If your fascia board itself is damaged, replace — you can't hang a new gutter on rotten wood.

Can you fix leaking gutter seams?

Yes — commercial gutter sealant on properly cleaned and dried seams holds for years. If a seam has been sealed and re-opened multiple times already, we'll usually recommend replacing that section instead of patching a third time.

My gutters are pulling away from the house — can that be fixed?

Usually yes, if the fascia behind them is still solid. We replace old spike-and-ferrule hangers with hidden hangers screwed into the fascia every 24 inches. If the fascia itself is damaged, that gets repaired first.

Do you fix fascia damage?

Basic fascia replacement to support new gutters — yes. Full soffit and fascia carpentry projects — we refer to trusted local carpenters. We'll tell you which category your project falls into.

How fast can you come out for a repair?

Most repair calls get an on-site quote within 2–3 business days, and the actual repair scheduled within a week of quote approval. Weather permitting, obviously.
